General mental health
Elise collaboratively sets goals and will work with you individually regarding experiences with adjustment difficulties, depression, trauma and anxiety, relationship difficulties, substance-use and emotion regulation difficulties including anger. She has extensive experience in delivering motivational interventions, and can work with you to determine if you would like to make changes in areas that may be causing stress and pressure to you and your loved ones.

Therapeutic modalities
Elise uses a range of modalities, however her work is grounded in the use of Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR is really helpful in supporting our brains to process traumatic or difficult memories.

More information about EMDR and how it works can be found on the FAQ page
